Frequently asked questions

Those who decide with confidence, decide well.

The most common questions from families considering Acutis. If your question isn't here, book the consultation — we'll talk, without pressure.

What does a typical week of classes at Acutis look like?

The class load varies by level. Pre-K and Kindergarten follow a shorter routine, guided by the mother with all materials and Acutis's support. From Elementary School onward, classes are live and recorded with the pedagogical team: about 7 hours per week in Elementary, 13 hours in Middle School, and 22 hours in High School.

Do parents need to teach or assist during classes?

From Elementary School onward, Acutis takes on the education in full: teachers, curriculum, and classes. Parents support, but they don't have to be "their child's school."

In Pre-K and Kindergarten, the mother is the teacher — with structured materials and weekly support from the Acutis pedagogical team.

Do you accept students from anywhere in Brazil or abroad?

Yes. Acutis is an online school — anywhere in the world, your child can study with us.

Is the diploma recognized in Brazil and abroad?

The Acutis American K-12 diploma is recognized by universities in the United States and Europe. In Brazil, it goes through a validation process for use in college entrance exams and national universities.

My child studies at home — do you do placement assessments?

Yes. We frequently welcome children who study at home, and the starting point is always understanding where each one is: what they already command, where they need more time, the family's rhythm. In the consultation, we assess together and design the best entry path.

The school is Catholic — does my child need to be Catholic?

Faith is central to our formative proposal. Even so, students from other religious traditions are welcomed with respect.

What equipment does my child need to study at Acutis?

A computer or laptop, stable internet, and headphones. Additional physical materials (books, notebooks, calligraphy supplies) are the family's responsibility, as indicated per level.

How much is tuition?

We discuss tuition and payment options during the free consultation.

One thing worth mentioning up front: Acutis has a single enrollment rate per family — the price does not increase if you have more than one child enrolled.

Ready to begin?

The first step is a conversation.

No pressure, no scripted pitch, no enrollment commitment. We schedule a free conversation with one of our consultants and you decide, in your own time.
