The four stages

What your child learns, stage by stage.

From Pre-K through 12th grade, the curriculum grows in density and depth — without losing what matters: the unity of faith, reason, and beauty.

1st to 4th Grade · ages 6 to 10

Elementary School.

The classical foundation of thought. Live and recorded classes, around ten hours per week, with Portuguese, Singapore Math, English, Latin, and History.

  • English with written production from 1st grade
  • Latin — structural foundation of language
  • Sacred History and History of Brazil
  • Geography, calligraphy, and memorization

What sets this stage apart

At 7, your daughter recites the Pater Noster in Latin. At 9, she reads in English. That is the norm here.

9th to 12th Grade · ages 14 to 17

High School.

The classical synthesis. The student reaches the height of the Trivium and Quadrivium — reads the classics in the original, integrates science and philosophy, and prepares the final project.

  • The Aeneid and Cicero, read in Latin
  • Shakespeare, T.S. Eliot, R.H. Benson in English
  • The Odyssey, Don Quixote, The Lusiads in Portuguese
  • Quantum mechanics, relativity, and cosmology
  • Classical and modern philosophy

Certification

All of this results in an American K-12 diploma.

The Acutis curriculum is certified by Kolbe Academy (California), one of the leading classical Catholic schools in the United States. The diploma is recognized by universities in the U.S., in Europe, and — after validation — in Brazilian college entrance exams and institutions.
