Acutis Academy was founded by Edmilson Cruz with a single conviction: a Catholic family deserves an education that forms the whole child — intellectually and spiritually — without compromise.
We teach through the Trivium and Quadrivium — the classical framework that trained the great minds of Western civilization. Subjects like Latin, Logic, Rhetoric, and Mathematics are woven together with Christian cosmology, ensuring your child understands not just what to think, but how to think — and why it matters.

Getting Started
Joining Acutis Academy USA is straightforward. In three steps, your child gains access to a rigorous, Catholic classical education.
Select individual courses or a full package. Each subject is taught by a qualified, faith-formed teacher in small, age-segmented groups (6–7, 8–9, 10–11, 12–13, 14+).
Complete enrollment online. All classes follow the Florida time zone, on a morning schedule designed to fit your family's day. Our bilingual support team is ready to assist you in English or Portuguese.
Your child joins a live, interactive session with a real teacher and classmates. At year's end, they receive an official Transcript of Completion — one credit per subject, per year.

Why This Name
Carlo Acutis (1991–2006) was a young Italian Catholic who loved God, the Eucharist, and — remarkably — computers. He used his passion for technology to spread the faith, cataloguing Eucharistic miracles from around the world on a website he built himself.
He was 15 years old when he died of leukemia. In 2024, Pope Francis beatified him — making Carlo one of the youngest blesseds of the modern Church, and a patron for the digital age.
We chose his name because he embodies what we believe education can be: a love of truth, pursued with excellence, offered entirely to God. He is proof that holiness and intellectual formation are not opposites — they are one and the same vocation.
